RapidAPI subscription payments#
Subscriptions are billed through RapidAPI. RapidAPI's marketplace terms (https://rapidapi.com/page/terms) state that subscription payments are not refundable. Orbitally does not offer a separate refund or change-of-mind guarantee for these purchases. Any rights that cannot be excluded by law remain unaffected.
Billing mistakes#
If you believe a payment was duplicated, incorrect, or made after cancellation, contact RapidAPI support and email support@orbitally.tech with the relevant transaction details. RapidAPI handles marketplace payments. We will help review the API usage and share any information needed to investigate the issue.
Cancelling your plan#
Unsubscribe from the plan through RapidAPI. RapidAPI's cancellation guidance (https://support.rapidapi.com/hc/en-us/articles/19348786555412-What-happens-if-I-cancel-my-API-subscription-before-the-billing-period-ends) says cancellation takes effect immediately, access stops, and remaining quota does not carry over if you subscribe again.
Your legal rights#
This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
